Brent Woodland, CPA was born and raised in the Willamette Valley, north of Marcola.  Brent is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a military police officer in the nuclear weapons program and in Central America as a security officer for the US Drug Enforcement Agency.  After returning home, Brent graduated Magna Cum Laude from North West Christian University where he received a degree in Business. Brent did his post baccalaureate work in advanced accounting at the University of Oregon in preparation for his license in public accounting.   Brent has over 17 years of public accounting experience.

Martha Woodland, CPA, is a fourth generation Oregonian.  Martha was raised on a grass seed farm in Harrisburg, Oregon.  Martha is an alumnus of Oregon State University where she earned a degree in Business.  She went on to study advanced accounting at the University of Oregon in preparation for her license in Certified Public Accounting.  Over the past 27 years Martha has practiced public accounting for large and small firms in Portland, Roseburg, and Eugene.  Martha’s work experience has refined her skills in all areas of personal and corporate accounting.  

Martha enjoys spending time on the Woodland Farm in Harrisburg, riding and showing Morgan horses, caring for animals, church activities, and watching movies with her husband and three children.
